Credit score 700 and above, and a healthy debt to income ratio of money that is owed to creditors.
If you have any monthly debt payments 35 days past due we won't be able to rent to you.
- Your debt-to-income ratio is less than 30%-36%. You are carrying a healthy amount of debt for your finances.
- Your debt-to-income ratio is between 37% and 42%. Your debt load is getting scary, we won't be able to rent to you.
- Your debt-to-income ratio is between 43% and 49%. This ratio indicates you may be on the verge of financial distress and we won't be able to rent to you.
- Your debt-to-income ratio is more than 50%. You have too much debt and we won't be able to rent to you.
